Jeremy A. Pridgen – President 

As a tennis enthusiast for years, Jeremy has recently created a new video platform for teaching sports such as tennis. His dedication and innovative ideas are transforming sports instruction with new technology. He has over 35 years of expertise in marketing, sales and software with various companies such as IDCS, GPS Trucking, and Consolidated Rail Corporation.

Jeremy has his BA from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife Nancy enjoy golf and tennis together.

John Sill – Chairman

John Sill Jr has had a varied career in law, finance, and business management. He began his career as a corporate lawyer, focusing on financial and corporate transactions.  Subsequently, he formed a private investment partnership focused on developing and financing businesses in the financial services industry.

He helped finance several bank and service company acquisitions or recapitalizations there. Concurrently, he joined the management of Colson Services Corp., which provided servicing to government-guaranteed loans sold into the secondary market. His principal responsibilities included legal, strategic planning, and business development there. More recently, as President and CEO of Ever fast, Inc., which owned and operated over 100 retail stores nationwide.

Arnita R. Futrell – Board Member

Cellist Arnita lives and works in the Philadelphia area where she is an active freelancer, performing with many US early music ensembles in churches, living rooms, large concert halls and county courthouses.  Her greatest joy is playing as a founding member of the Belladonna Baroque Quartet, which has toured extensively in the US and Brazil. She graduated from Oberlin College with a Bachelor degree in music.

Arnita has served on many boards, most notably as secretary of Katie at the Bat (now Team Up Philly) and is serving on the national board of Early Music America.  She has been an active supporter of Philadelphia Futures.

Christopher M. Akin – Co-Founder

Originally from Belgium, Christopher M. Akin is the former Director of Tennis at The Merion Cricket Club in Haverford, PA. Previously, Pascal was the Director of the Saddlebrook Preparatory Academy in Tampa, FL.

In Belgium, he was the Owner and President of Ace Tennis Management, which trained and managed over 50 top tennis coaches. Pascal has coached international players, including world Top 10 Dominique Monami and Younes El Aynaoui, world Top 100 Sandra Wasserman, Stephanie De Ville, and Nancy Feber, and the Philadelphia Freedoms.
